Last week on November 28, four apartments and one duplex was sold in Prabhadevi. These apartments are located in the building Twenty Five South.

According to documents provided to SquareFeatIndia by IndexTap.com – Real Estate Advisory Firm the four apartments were sold for a combined value of ₹113.26 crore.

The details include the duplex is Flat No: 4501 & 4601, 45 & 46 Floor, in Tower C, the four apartments are Flat No: 4503, 35th Habitable Floor, Flat No: 4504, 35th Habitable Floor, Flat No: 4502, 35th Habitable Floor, and Flat No: 4501, 35th Habitable Floor, in the building Twenty Five South Tower B, Hindustan Mills Compound, Veer Savarkar Road, Prabhadevi.

The buyer here is Devvrat Developer Pvt. Ltd, while the seller is Twenty Five South Realty Ltd.

The total built up area is 19,922 sq ft as per documents of which the duplex measures 8,094 sq ft, whereas the stamp duty paid for the registration is ₹6.79 crore.

The new owners of the flats and the duplex will also have an access to 11 car parks in the building.
