Sonam Ahuja nee Sonam Kapoor, an actor from the Bollywood film industry has sold her flat in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) for Rs 32.5 crore.

According to docuemnts provided to SquareFeatIndia by IndexTap.com – Real Estate Advisory Firm the flat is that Sonam sold is located on the 3rd Floor, of Signature Island, G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East.

The deal as per registration documents was registered on December 29, 2022. According to documents 5,533 sq. ft. is the Built-up Area of the apartment.

The buyer is SMF Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd, the stamp duty paid is Rs 1.95 crore for the registration of the deal. Acccording to docuemnts this house was bought by the actor in June 2015 by paying Rs 31.48 crore a stamp duty of Rs 1.57 crore was paid for the registration of the apartment then,

The project in which the house is a residential complex in the central business district of Bandra Kurla Complex.

Alongwith the apartment the new owner shall also have an acess to four car parks in the building.
