Two bungalows in Juhu were sold for Rs 50 crore last week, here are tall the details of this realty deal.

Bungalow in Mumbai, a dream which many can’t fulfill, the biggest reason being they are scarce and secondly expensive.

However, on January 17, two bungalows in Juhu area of Mumbai were sold for Rs 50 crore.

According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia provided by IndexTap.com – Real Estate Advisory Firm the sellers are Akshay Vasantlal Mehta and Arnav Akshay Mehta and the buyers are Nalin Gupta and Shalini Nalin Gupta

Nalin Gupta is M.D. of J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd.

The total property details include, Bungalow A & Bungalow B, Ashok Nagar CHS Ltd, Juhu.

Of which, Bungalow A measures 2247 sq. ft. where as Bungalow B meaures 3403 sq. ft.

A stamp duty of Rs 3 crore was paid for the registration of the deal.
