Actor Priyanka Chopra, last week sold off her Andheri, Lokhandwala office for ₹7 crore.

According to data accessed by Squarefeatindia provided by Zapkey.com, the deal was signed on April 6, 2023.

While Priyanka is the seller the buyers are Dr. Nikita Motwani and Dr. Nitesh Motwani who are Dentists by profession.

The new owners had previously rented this office from Priyanka Chopra in 2021 for Rs 2.11 lacs pm and have now bought it off her.

The property sold by Priyanka Chopra is Office on second floor, in the Building named Vastu Precinct, Lokhandwala Road, Andheri West.

The area of the Office is 1781.19 Sq.ft Carpet and Terrace Area 465 Sq. ft. carpet.

The owners will have access to one open car parking space in the building.

A stamp duty of Rs 42 lakh was paid for the registration.

Priyanka is married to Nick Jonas and resides mostly in the US. She and her husband were spotted recently in Mumbai for the cultural centre inauguration.
