Micron Technology Operation India Limited Liability Partnership has leased 10.43 lakh Sq Ft space.

According to data accessed by SquareFeatIndia provided by Propstack the deal has been signed for a period of 10 years.

The building is named Phoenix Aquila, Block A, located in Gachibowli area of Hyderabad.

The monthly rent for the property is ₹6.78 crore, whereas the security deposit paid was, ₹40.69 crore.

The total area is 10,43,549 sq ft. The owner is Phoenix IT Hub Private Limited.

The per month rent per sq ft is ₹65.

This is one of the biggest rental deals that took place in the country in the recent times.

MHADA has announced a ₹20,000 monthly rent compensation for tenants of 96 highly dangerous cessed buildings identified in its 2025 pre-monsoon survey.
