Legendary singer Asha Bhosle recently received a gift and this gift is a shop located in Bandra.

According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia a shop located on the ground floor of J D Alves Apartment, Hill Road Bandra.

Documents reveal that 80% undivided share was gifted to Asha Bhosle. The ready reckoner rate of which comes to ₹3.1 crore.

The total area of the shop is 1136.45 Sq Ft.

So who gifted the shop to Asha Bhosle?

Documents say that son Anand Bhosle gave his share in the shop as a gift to mother Asha Bhosle.

The gift deed was signed on April 13, 2023.

Earlier last month, Alia Bhatt gifted two of her flats in Juhu to her sister Shaheen Bhatt.
