Mumbai Housing and Area Development Board of MHADA (Constituent of MHADA). has announced the computerized lottery process for the sale of 4082 flats and has received a good response from the citizens.

Till Monday evening more than 1 lakh appliocation were received out of them more than 73151 applicants have paid the EMD too.

Til Monday evening, for 843 EWS homes, MHADA received 24,724 applications, for 1034 LIG homes MHADA received the highest 51,198 applications, for 138 MIG homes, 7,286 applications were received and for 120 HIG homes, 2,074 applications were received.

MHADA recently extended the date for its online application and payment. The deadline has been extended for the convenience of the citizens to participate in the computerized lottery process for the sale of 4082 flats. The deadline has been extended till July 10, 2023.

As per the revised schedule announced by the Mumbai Board, interested applicants. Online application form can be submitted till 6 pm on July 10, 2023 and deposit amount can be paid online till 11.59 pm. Also Applicants can pay the deposit through RTGS/NEFT till the office hours of the concerned bank on July 12, 2023. On July 17, 2023 at 3 pm the draft list of applications received for draw will be published on the website of MHADA https://housing.mhada.gov.in.

For Economically Weaker Section (EWS) annual income up to Rs.6 lakh is required. For Low Income Group (LIG) annual income is required up to Rs.9 lakh. For middle income group (MIG) income upto twelve lakh rupees is required. There is no maximum income limit for High Income Group (HIG).
