Jubilee Hills is known as the Beverly Hills of South India, where many known faces have their home.

Recently a Politician’s son bought a property worth Rs 37 crore in the Southern town of Jubilee Hills.

According to Zapkey.com, the deal is about a residential house, located in Jubille Hills, the land area is 1236 sq yarda, the built up are is 5,930 sq ft.

The seller is Balamreddy Ajantha Reddy, while the buyer is Galla Siddharth, who is the son of Galla Jayadev an Indian Politician and an Industrialist.

In a setback to the housing society, the Maharashtra State Co-operative Appellate Court has allowed renovation work for a nursing home to continue on the first floor of Mahatma Phule Bhavan CHS in Vashi, citing current UDCPR provisions that permit such facilities in residential zones. The main dispute remains pending.
