HSBC has renewed its lease for an area of 1.42 lakh sq ft. The property is located in NESCO Tower 3.

According to documents accessed by SquarefeatIndia provided by Propstack the deal was signed on June 27, 2023,

It is a lease renewal, and the premises that HSBC has leased is 9, 10, and 11 in NESCO IT Park Tower 3. Initially it was leased for a period of 60 months.

The total chargeable area of the rented premises is 1.77 lakh sq ft, whereas the useable area of 1.42 lakh sq ft along with 178 car parks,

The rent is Rs 122.5 per sq ft.

The first lease had begun in 2013, then it was renewed in 2018.
