Chennai based developer Casagrand Hyderwise Private Limited represented by Anuj Yadav, part of Casagrand Group, recently bought a property in Telangana.

According to documents provided to SquareFeatIndia by Zapkey.com, the deal was signed on July 22, 2023.

The selllers are Vundyala Suchita Reddy and Sunki Sujata Reddy, whereas teh buyer is Casagrand Hyderwise Private Limited, which is part of the Casagrand Group, a Chennai based developer.

The consideration amount paid for the deal is Rs 56.8 Crore.
