Bollywood actor Ajay Devgan has put his commercial office space located in Andheri on rent.

According to document accessed by SquareFeatIndia Ajay’s real name which is Vishal Virendra Devgan is mentioned in it.

The lease rent agreement is between Ajay Devgan and Bhanusali Studio which has rented the premises. 

The rented premises is located on the 17th floor of the building named Signature by Lotus, in Veera Desai Road, Andheri.

The total rented area is 3445 Sq Ft and the deposit paid was ₹42 lakh, whereas the per month rent is ₹7.25 lakh.

The rent agreement was carried out on April 8.

In June 2023, Ajay had bought 5 offices in this building for ₹45.09 crore.
