In a big ticket deal in Mumbai’s Bandra area, a triplex measuring 9,527.21 sq ft was sold for Rs 155 crore.

The triplex flat is located in a building that is coming up on the site where once stood the iconic bungalow of veteran actor Dilip Kumar.

According to registration documents available with SquareFeatIndia, the deal took place on July 23, 2024.

The triplex has been bought by Apco Infratech Private limited, while the seller is Blackrock.

The triplex is spread over three floors, 9th, 10th and 11th. The per sq ft rate comes close to Rs 1.62 lakh.

The stamp duty paid for the registration of the apartment is Rs 9.30 crore.

The new owners will also have access to 8 car parks in the newly constructed building.

Developer Ajay Ashar’s name is mentioned in the sellers coloumn.

The building is named The Legend by Ashar.
