CIDCO’s highly anticipated housing scheme, “My Preferred CIDCO Home,” has garnered an impressive response, with 12,400 online applications submitted within the first 24 hours of its launch. This demonstrates the public’s strong trust in CIDCO’s housing initiatives.

The scheme, aimed at the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Low-Income Groups (LIG), was inaugurated by Maharashtra’s Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on October 11 at the CIDCO Exhibition Centre in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Following the launch, inquiries about registration flooded in, leading to a surge in applicants on the scheme’s dedicated website, https://cidcohomes.com.

This mega housing project plans to deliver a total of 67,000 homes across various Navi Mumbai nodes, with 26,000 homes available in the first phase. Consistent with CIDCO’s transit-oriented development strategy, these homes are strategically located near railway stations, bus stops, and metro stations. The housing complexes will feature modern construction techniques and comprehensive infrastructure along with essential social amenities.

CIDCO expressed gratitude for the overwhelming public response, emphasizing that this renewed confidence will bolster their future projects in the housing sector.
