Interior designer and entrepreneur Sussanne Khan has leased a residential property in the upscale Jogeshwari West area of Mumbai for a monthly rent of Rs. 2.37 lakh, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.

The property is located in the Agarwal Ind Estate, a ready-to-move-in development in the prime locality. The apartment spans 2,329 sq. ft (approximately 216.37 sq. m) and is situated in close proximity to prominent neighborhoods such as Andheri, Juhu, Goregaon, and Vile Parle. Jogeshwari West’s strategic location offers easy access to key business hubs, including SEZs, IT parks, and industrial zones, making it an attractive area for both professionals and businesses.

The lease agreement was formalized with a stamp duty payment of Rs. 13,500 and registration charges of Rs. 1,000. The transaction was officially registered in December 2024.

Sussanne Khan, who is also the ex-wife of actor Hrithik Roshan, is known for her work as the founder of The Charcoal Project, a luxury interior design firm that caters to a global clientele.
