The transaction was officially registered in March 2025, as per property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Maharashtra website.

As per IGR records, Yadav has bought two apartments on consecutive floors with:

  • Total carpet area: 392.36 sq. m. (~4,222.76 sq. ft.)

  • Six designated car parking spaces

The transaction incurred a stamp duty of ₹1.26 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000, reflecting the high value of the property.

According to Square Yards Data Intelligence, Godrej Sky Terraces has seen steady demand, recording 25 sale registrations with a total transaction value of ₹202 crore between March 2024 and February 2025.

The project’s average property price is ₹52,433 per sq. ft., making it one of the more premium residential developments in Deonar.
