Bollywood actor Kriti Sanon has made one of Mumbai’s biggest celebrity real estate moves of 2025, acquiring a luxurious duplex apartment in Bandra West for ₹78.20 crore. The deal was officially registered on August 14, 2025.


Located in Pali Hill’s Exclusive Supreme Prana

The duplex is located in the Supreme Prana building on Pali Mala Road, Pali Hill — one of Mumbai’s most sought-after and high-value residential pockets, known for its celebrity residents and sea-view apartments.

The purchase comprises two flats:

  • Flat 1401 (14th floor) – 3,298.41 sq. ft. carpet area
  • Flat 1501 (15th floor) – 2,088.54 sq. ft. carpet area

Together, the apartments span 5,386.95 sq. ft. carpet area, with additional open balcony spaces offering expansive views.


Six Car Parks and Modern Luxury

Along with the living space, the purchase includes six car parking spaces on the building’s ground floor — a premium addition in land-starved Mumbai.


Joint Purchase with Family Member

The registration document names Kriti Sanon (36) and her mother Geeta Sanon (63) as the buyers.


Stamp Duty Benefit for Women Buyers

The buyers paid ₹3.91 crore in stamp duty and ₹30,000 as registration fees. A 1% stamp duty rebate for women — applicable under a Maharashtra government order dated March 31, 2021 — was availed on the transaction.
