The Mumbai Housing and Area Development Board (MHADA Mumbai Board) has extended the deadline for registration and submission of applications for the e-auction of 149 commercial premises across the city. Applicants can now complete registration, upload documents, and pay the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) until 11:59 PM on September 16, 2025.

The online bidding process will be held on September 18, 2025, between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM, through MHADA’s official e-auction website (eauction.mhada.gov.in). Results will be declared the following day, September 19, 2025 at 11:00 AM, on both mhada.gov.in and the e-auction portal. This marks the second extension of the application deadline.

The 149 commercial premises are spread across several MHADA housing projects in Mumbai, including:

  • Mahavir Nagar-Kandivali (West): 06
  • Pratiksha Nagar-Sion: 09
  • Antop Hill-Wadala: 03
  • Malvani-Malad: 46
  • Bimbisar Nagar-Goregaon (East): 17
  • Shastri Nagar-Goregaon: 01
  • Siddharth Nagar: 01
  • Majaswadi-Jogeshwari (East): 01

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must be above 18 years of age.
  • Must hold a domicile certificate issued in Maharashtra after 2018.
  • Must pay the prescribed EMD as per the offset price.
