The Konkan Housing and Area Development Board, a regional division of MHADA, has extended the deadline for registration and application submission for the e-auction of 71 commercial premises located in Virar Bolinj (Palghar district) and Chitalsar Manpada (Thane district).

As per the revised schedule, interested applicants can now register online, submit applications, upload documents, and pay the earnest money deposit (EMD) on https://eauction.mhada.gov.in until October 10, 2025, 11:59 PM.

A total of 44 commercial premises in Virar Bolinj and 27 in Chitalsar Manpada are available for sale under this e-auction. The online bidding process for eligible applicants will begin on October 15, 2025, at 1:00 PM, through the same portal. The consolidated results will be announced on October 16, 2025, at 11:00 AM on both https://eauction.mhada.gov.in and https://mhada.gov.in.

Revati Gaikar, Chief Officer of the Konkan Board, informed that applicants must ensure compliance with eligibility criteria. Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of applying and must submit a domicile certificate issued in Maharashtra after 2018. Payment of the required earnest money deposit based on the offset price is also mandatory.

Detailed eligibility criteria, premises information, reservation details, application process, terms and conditions, online application guidelines, and the information booklet are available on the MHADA e-auction portal under the section Lottery > Eauction > eauction. Applicants have been advised to carefully read all terms and conditions before submission.
