Barun Sobti, best known for his roles as Arnav Singh Raizada in “Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon” and Nikhil Nair  in “Asur,” has recently purchased a residential property in Mumbai’s Goregaon suburb. The actor has acquired a luxurious residence valued at Rs. 5.35 crore, as per property registration documents analyzed by SquareYards.

Sobti’s new abode spans an impressive 2,272 square feet approx. and is a ready-to-move-in property. The transaction, finalized on June 24th, not only secured him a spacious living space but also included two car parking slots. The actor incurred stamp duty amounting to Rs. 32.1 lakh, along with a transaction fee of Rs. 30,000.
The property is in Imperial Heights, a prestigious project developed by The Wadhwa Group. Its strategic location near the Western Express Highway and Goregaon West metro station adds to its allure. Imperial Heights, sprawling across 7 acres, offers a range of configurations from 2 BHK to 4 BHK, totaling 774 units. Interestingly, Sobti had 

previously resided in this very project as a tenant before deciding to become a homeowner.
Born in Delhi, Barun Sobti embarked on his acting journey with Star Plus’s ‘Shraddha’ in 2009, where he portrayed ‘Swayam Khurana.’ He debuted into films in 2014 with the romantic comedy ‘Main Aur Mr Riight.’ His upcoming projects include ‘Raat Jawaan Hai,’ a show directed by Sumeet Vyas, where he will co-star with Anjali Anand and Priya Bapat. The show is set to be streamed on Sony LIV.
