Actor Akshaye Vinod Khanna has bought a third-floor apartment at 30 Little Gibbs, Malabar Hill, for ₹33.26 crore, according to the Index II of the agreement reviewed by Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration website. The instrument, serial 18012/2026, was executed and registered on 24 September 2026.

The agreement value is ₹33,26,00,000. The ready-reckoner value on the property is ₹24,18,93,100. Stamp duty is ₹1,99,56,000, which is 6 per cent of the agreement value, and the registration fee is ₹30,000.

The apartment

Flat 301 is on the third floor of 30 Little Gibbs, Little Gibbs Road, Malabar Hill Road, in the Malabar and Cumballa Hill Division, Mumbai 400006. The index records a carpet area of 2,341.39 sq ft, a dry balcony of 33.69 sq ft and an open balcony of 141.76 sq ft, a balcony total of 175.45 sq ft. Area including balcony is 2,516.84 sq ft.

On that total, the deal works out to about ₹1.32 lakh a sq ft. On the apartment carpet alone it is about ₹1.42 lakh a sq ft.

The sale also takes in staff unit P-602 on the sixth parking floor, measuring 144.24 sq ft carpet, and three car parks: P1(4) and P1(5) on the first-level podium, and P6(1) on the sixth parking level.

The parties

The sellers named on the index are Saubhagya Properties Pvt. Ltd., through director Nilesh S. Bhoj and power of attorney Rajesh B. Gandhi, 53, of the 7th floor, The Ruby, Plot 29, Tulsi Pipe Road, Dadar West; Goodwill Properties Pvt. Ltd., through director Pranav R. Javeri and the same attorney; and Sila Malabar Hill Real Estate LLP, through authorised signatory Hari Kishan Movva, 45, of A-301, Neelam Centre, Hind Cycle Marg, Worli.

The buyer is Akshaye Vinod Khanna, 51, of 12A, Smangal, near Hanging Gardens, 12B, G. Kher Marg, Malabar Hill, Mumbai 400006.

The address

30 Little Gibbs sits on Malabar Hill, among South Mumbai’s tightest luxury addresses, off Little Gibbs Road and Malabar Hill Road, close to Hanging Gardens and Kamala Nehru Park. Khanna’s existing address on the index is also on Malabar Hill.

Akshaye Khanna, son of actor Vinod Khanna, has worked in Hindi films including Dhurandar, Dil Chahta Hai, Hulchul, Gandhi, My Father, Race and Drishyam. A ₹33.26 crore Malabar Hill buy at 30 Little Gibbs, with a staff unit and three parks, is now on the public registration record reviewed by Square Yards.
