Amazon Development Centre has leased 6.59 lakh Sq Ft of space in Bangalore.

Documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia provided by Propostack reveal the registration date as February 27, 2023.

The building in which Amazon has leased the property is Constellation Business Park,-Taurus II, located in Bangalore,

The owner is Bagmane Developers, whereas Amazon Development Centre, is the tenant. The lease started from April 10, 2022 and is for a period of 60 months.

Amazon Development Centre has leased6.59 lakh Sq Ft of space in Bangalore.

The rent per Sq Ft per month is ₹72.5.

Recently the e-commerce giant Amazon had rented a total of 8 lakh Sq Ft commercial real estate space in two cities.

Amazon had transacted 5 lakh Sq Ft in Hyderabad, while the other 3 lakh Sq Ft was rented in Gurgaon.

In Hyderabad the property is located in Orange Tower, the total area rented is 4.87 lakh Sq Ft spread over ground to 10 floors.

The rental for 5th to 10th floor is ₹45 per Sq Ft whereas for the ground to 4th floor it is ₹52 Sq Ft. The rental tenure is 60 months.

In Gurgaon, Amazon rented the property in DLF Downtown the total area is 3.38 lakh Sq Ft.

The rent here is ₹110.5 per Sq Ft per month. The tenure for the rental is 60 months.
