Firms owned by veteran Bollywood actor Jeetendra Kapoor and his family have divested a significant land parcel in Andheri, Mumbai, for a sum of Rs 855 crore. The transaction, involving Pantheon Buildcon Private Limited and Tusshar Infra Developers Private Limited, was registered in May 2025, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website.

The sale encompasses two contiguous land parcels totaling 9,664.68 square meters (approximately 2.39 acres) and includes three constructed buildings with a cumulative built-up area of 45,572.14 square meters (approximately 4,90,534 sq. ft.). The site is currently home to Balaji IT Park. The deal incurred a stamp duty of Rs 8.69 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000.

The acquirer is NTT Global Data Centers & Cloud Infrastructure India Private Limited, previously known as Netmagic IT Services Private Limited. The company is a key player in the data center and cloud services industry, offering a comprehensive suite of services including public and private cloud solutions, hosting, data management, application development, and cybersecurity.

The strategically located Andheri property boasts excellent connectivity, situated between Mumbai’s prominent business and entertainment hubs. Its accessibility is further enhanced by the Western Express Highway, Link Road, SV Road, and the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro line. Over the years, Andheri has transformed into a vibrant commercial and residential destination, featuring a blend of modern office complexes, co-working spaces, upscale retail, entertainment centers, and premium residential developments.

The selling entities, Pantheon Buildcon Private Limited and Tusshar Infra Developers Private Limited, are owned by Jeetendra Kapoor and his family. Jeetendra Kapoor, a legendary figure in Hindi cinema, has starred in over 200 films spanning more than six decades. His daughter, Ekta Kapoor, is a prominent producer and director, currently serving as Joint Managing Director and Creative Head of Balaji Telefilms Limited. His son, Tusshar Kapoor, is also actively involved in the entertainment industry as an actor and producer.
