E commerce giant Amazon has rented a total of 8 lakh Sq Ft commercial real estate space in two cities.

According to data provided to SquareFeatIndia by Propstack, Amazon has transacted 5 lakh Sq Ft in Hyderabad, while the other 3 lakh Sq Ft has been rented in Gurgaon.

On Hyderabad the property is located in Orange Tower, the total area rented is 4.87 lakh Sq Ft spread over ground to 10 floors.

The rental for 5th to 10th floor is ₹45 per Sq Ft whereas for the ground to 4th floor it is ₹52 Sq Ft. The rental tenure is 60 months.

In Gurgaon, Amazon has rented the property in DLF Downtown the total area is 3.38 lakh Sq Ft.

The rent here is ₹110.5 per Sq Ft per month. The tenure for the rental is 60 months.
