Apoorva Mehta, Chief Executive Officer of Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions has bought a 2,691 luxury apartment in Khar’s Union Park for Rs 24.60 crore.

Apoorva Mehta, Chief Executive Officer of Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions in December 2020, bought a 2,691 sq ft luxury apartment.

Apoorva’s flat is in a a luxury tower in Khar’s Union Park area of Mumbai and he paid for Rs 24.60 crore.

The per square feet rate of the flat is Rs 94,400 and is one of the priciest transactions in Western Sububrs, especially between the Bandra to Juhu belt.

Apoorva Mehta’s flat that he registered on December 24, 2020 is in the apartment The Residency, according to reports, it is the same building where Karan Johar also owns a penthouse.

Apoorva Mehta purchased the apartment from the Bandra’s famous developer Sameer Bhojwani. He paid a stamp duty of Rs 49.20 lakh.

Along with the flat located on the sixth floor of the building, he will get access to two stilt car parking slots.

Last year in October, actor Hrithik Roshan bought luxury apartments in Mumbai’s Versova Link Road for Rs 97.50 crore. Actress Alia Bhat had purchased a house in Bandra’s Pali Hill for Rs 32 crore.

In December, Sridevi’s daughter Janhvi Kapoor bought a triplex in Juhu for Rs 39 crore.

An email sent to Apoorva seeking his response got us no reply.
