In two separate deals, Bajaj family members and trust has bought five apartments for a total of Rs 103.73 Crore. The five apartments are located in the building Vivarea constructed by K Raheja.

The first deal was signed on October 18, where for an amount of Rs 15.84 crore, flat located on the 40th floor measuring 226.03 sq mt was bought by Nirvaan family trust via its trustee Sunaina Manish Kejriwal from Capricon Realty, and Gnext hardware and parks.

The second deal was signed on the same date, for Rs 28.31 crore, for a flat located on the 39th floor measuring 315.99 sq mt, the sellers were same whereas the buyer this time was Shefali Bajaj. The third deal was signed for a flat on the 38th floor of the building measuring 315.99 sq mt sold for Rs 28.27 crore. In this too the seller was same, whereas the buyer was Sanjali Bajaj.

The fourth deal was signed on October 21, for the flat on the 36th floor, measuring 226.03 sq mt for which the consideration amount paid was Rs 15.46 crore. The seller is the same, whereas the buyer is Manish Kejriwal. The fifth apartment is located on the 39th floor and the deal was signed on November 10, the buyer is Nirvaani family trust, and the amount paid is Rs 15.84 crore, for an areas measuring 226.03 sq mt.

According to documents provided to SquareFeatIndia by Zapkey.com, the total consideration thus comes to Rs 103.73 crore. The buyers will also have an access to 17 car parks in the building.

The stamp duty paid for the registration of the deal is Rs 6.22 crore.
