Mumbai: Bollywood’s beloved couple, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, have once again made headlines, this time for their real estate dealings. The duo has reregistered their rental agreement for a luxurious flat in the upscale Beau Monde Towers in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, following a change in the property’s ownership.

According to documents, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone initially rented Flat No. 2402 on the 24th floor of Tower B in Beau Monde Towers from Aruna Babulal Verma on November 13, 2024, for a period of 36 months.

The terms of the new agreement reveal a monthly rent of ₹700,000 (seven lakh rupees). The spacious flat boasts a carpet area of 2319.5 sq ft and a built-up area of 3245 sq ft. A significant perk for the celebrity couple is the inclusion of three dedicated car parking spaces within the agreement, a highly sought-after amenity in Mumbai’s prime locations.

The Beau Monde Towers, located in the affluent Prabhadevi area, is known for its luxurious residences and attracts high-profile residents. This latest real estate transaction highlights the couple’s continued presence in one of Mumbai’s most exclusive neighborhoods.
