Bajaj Auto Limited, has got a plot in Chakan on perpetual lease of 95 years.

According to documents accessed by Square Feat India, provided by Propstack the deal was finalized in mid of this year.

The total chargeable area of the deal is 7.63 lakh sq ft, the area whereas the consideration is Rs 53.43 crore. The allottee is MIDC.

The plot that Bajaj, has got is located at Chakan Industrial Area Phase III, Plot No. E-2 in Pune.
