According to documents, accessed by SquareFeatIndia, provided by Zapkey.com the deal was finalised on October 26.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the Artesia Building, Opp. Hind Cycle, Baburao Pendharkar Road, Worli.

The Seller is Gnext Hardware & Parks Pvt Ltd, whereas the buyer is Ipsita Dasgupta the buyer is an Ex-Apple Exec., now SVP & MD at HP India.

Total Carpet Area of the apartment is 2964 sq ft + 100 sq ft Balcony.

The new owner will also have an access to three car parking in the building.
