In a notable real estate transaction, Bollywood director Sajid Khan has sold his apartment in Mumbai’s prestigious Juhu locality for Rs. 6.1 crore, according to a report by Square Yards. The property, located in the Beach House Co-operative Housing Society, is situated in one of Mumbai’s most vibrant and affluent neighborhoods.
Juhu, known for its scenic beachfront and upscale lifestyle, is a highly sought-after address. The area is characterized by luxury high-rises offering spectacular views of the Arabian Sea, and its proximity to high-end amenities makes it a popular choice for celebrities, professionals, and businesspeople.
The apartment, with a built-up area of 2,176 square feet (~202 square meters), includes a dedicated car parking space of 220 square feet (~20 square meters). The transaction, registered in June this year, incurred a stamp duty of Rs. 36.6 lakh and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.
Sajid Khan, who began his career as a television host with “Main Bhi Detective” in 1995, made his directorial debut with “Darna Zaroori Hai” in 2006. He is renowned for his successful work on the “Housefull” film series, “Heyy Babyy” (2007), and “Humshakals” (2014). Khan also gained recognition as a judge on the reality television show “Nach Baliye” and recently participated in “Bigg Boss 16,” where he finished in 10th place. He is the brother of celebrated choreographer Farah Khan.
