Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited, a leading construction company specializing in high-rise and urban infrastructure projects, has announced a significant contract win worth ₹295 crore from the Indus Co-operative Housing Society in Mumbai.

The company has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for the construction of two major residential buildings with allied commercial facilities at CS No. 2/4 Saltpan Division, Shivadi – Chembur Road, Wadala, Mumbai-31. The total contract value of ₹295 crore is exclusive of GST.

Project Scope

The awarded contract includes:

  • Construction of Residential Building No. 01 with Allied Commercial Spaces
  • Construction of Residential Building No. 02
  • Project location: Wadala, Mumbai, a rapidly developing residential and commercial hub.

This project is expected to contribute significantly to the redevelopment and urban revitalization of the Wadala locality, bringing modern residential living and commercial infrastructure to the area.
