In a big ticket deal, Everest Group’s Sanjeev Vadilal Shah along with Malati Sanjeev Shah, bought a house in Worli by paying Rs 73.5 Crore.

According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia, provided by Zapkey,com the deal was signed on October 30, this year.

The transfer deed, was signed between Oberoi Realty, and Sanjeev Vadilal Shah of the Everest Group (Everest Food Products) and Malati Sanjeev Shah.

The apartment is located on the 53rd floor of the tower B of Three Sixty West located in Worli.

The total carpet area is 6130 sq ft, there’s an additional area of 164 sq ft. The owners will have an access to 6 car parks, in the building.
