ICICI Securities Ltd has leased a property in Navi Mumbai’s Juinagar, for a whopping Rs 92.15 lakh per month.

According to documents accessed by SqaueFeatIndia, provided by Propstack the leave and license agreement’s lease starts from 1st day of January.

The deal was signed between ICICI Securities Ltd as the tenant, the owner of the property is Newfound Properties and Leasing Private Ltd.

The property leased by ICIC Securities is located on the 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and terrace of the Mindspace, Juinagar B3.

The lease is for 144 months, and the rental per month is 92.15 lakh per month, and the rent will increase by 4% every year.

The deposit for the rental deal is Rs 11.05 Crore. The chargeable area is 1.88 lakh sq ft.
