Madhuri Dixit, known for her smile, her dance moves and her acting has recently invested ₹48 crore to buy a house in Worli.

Madhuri last year had moved in this building on rent and finally has bought a house in the same building but on a different floor.

The deal that we are referring here is a 5,384 sq ft, and the apartment is located on the 53rd floor of the building.

According to documents provided by Zapkey.com the building in which Madhuri Dixit bought the house id Indiabulls Blu, located in Lower Parel-Worli area of Mumbai.

Actually in the year 2021, the actor had rented an apartment in the same building for a period of 36 months. For the first 12 months the per month rent was Rs 12.5 lakh, for the next 12 months it is Rs 13.12 lakh and for the final 12 months it is Rs 13.78 lakh. The apartment she had rented was on the 29th floor of the building.

Coming back to this deal, Madhuri has paid a stamp duty of ₹2.4 crore for the registration that took place in September 28.

She along with her apartment in the high rise will also have an access to 7 car parks in the building.

The state government is running a scheme where any woman buying a house is provided a concession of 1% in stamp duty. Madhuri has also been given the same concessions.

Last week Kashmir Files director, Vivek Agnihotri paid ₹17.92 crore to buy a house in Versova. Agnihotri bought the flat along with his wife Pallavi Joshi.
