Masaba Vivian Richards the daughter of Vivian Richards & Neena Gupta recently got into a real estate transaction in Juhu the seller side includes Shashi Kapoor’s son Kunal Kapoor.

Masaba Vivian Richards recently got in to a real estate transaction.

The real estate transaction is worth ₹10.41 crore and is of an apartment located in Juhu.

The apartment that we are talking about concerning Masaba Vivian Richards is in the building named Prithvi House, Janaki Kutir.

Janaki Kutir, in Juhu is a known name where the famous Prithvi Theatre is located.

The other side of the transaction includes one Harsha Sanghani and the other is veteran actors son Kunal Kapoor.

Kunal kapoor signed the documents as a trustee of the Prithviraj Kapoor Memorial trust.

The apartment which now belongs to Masaba is on the fifth floor of the building Prithvi House.

The total built up area of the apartment is 2239 square feet.

Documents accessed by Squarefeatindia shows that the deal was signed on March 9.

A stamp duty of ₹52 lakh was paid for the resignation of the real estate transaction.

Along with the apartment the new owner will have access to a car park in the basement of the building.

Currently Masaba resides in another known Juhu building Clifton.

Masaba is the daughter of veteran cricketer Vivian Richards and famous Bollywood actor Neena Gupta.

Juhu recently saw a few celebrity real estate deals.

The deals include celebrities like Shilpa Shetty Kundra who was gifted apartments by her husband Raj Kundra.

In January Raj Kundra transferred five flats Worth Rs 38.5 Crore to Shilpa Shetty.

The other deal includes Kajol who bought two apartments worth ₹11.95 crore in Juhu. This deal took place in the month of January too.
