Bollywood actors Riteish and Genelia Deshmukh have been announced as brand ambassadors for the expo. The event will showcase over 1,000 projects from leading developers in Maharashtra, featuring options across various segments, including affordable and luxury housing.

Homebuyers will have access to properties from across Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan, Navi Mumbai, Panvel, Raigad, Mira Road, Vasai, and Virar, as well as from Pune, Nashik, and Nagpur. Price ranges for the properties will start at INR 19 lakhs and go up to INR 9 crores.

In addition to showcasing properties, the expo will feature top housing finance companies offering attractive home loan options. Developers are expected to provide various incentives, including waivers on stamp duty and registration charges, no GST, and immediate benefits on selected units.

Prashant Sharma, President of NAREDCO Maharashtra, stated that the event reflects a growing enthusiasm among homebuyers and aims to facilitate increased housing demand. He encouraged potential buyers to take advantage of the exclusive discounts available at the expo.

Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, Chairman of NAREDCO, highlighted the favorable market conditions driven by job stability and rising disposable incomes, making the expo a timely opportunity for buyers. Rajan Bandelkar, Vice Chairman of NAREDCO, noted the organization’s commitment to fostering trust and transparency in the housing market, aiming to enhance the home-buying experience for all stakeholders.
