Industrialist Niraj Bajaj has bought a house worth ₹252 crore in Walkeshwar.

Documents accessed by Squarefeatindia from the registration office shows that the deal signed on March 13, is in a project by Lodha Developers.

The project is The Emperor’s Palace Lodha Malabar.

Documents reveal that the flat bought by Niraj Bajaj is spread over three floors, which is 29, 30 & 31st floor.

The total area as per the registration documents is 18,008 Sq Ft. The seller is Macrotech Developers.

A stamp duty of ₹15.15 crore was paid for the registration of the house.

Along with the triplex flat Niraj Bajaj will also have an access to 8 car parks in the building.

This is one amongst the most expensive realty deal that took place in Mumbai this year.
