Real estate major Omaxe Group has reported a strong market response to the launch of Omaxe Eternity 2, its integrated township project in Vrindavan, with around 750 residential units sold within just a few days of launch. The swift sell-out underscores rising end-user and investor interest in integrated developments located in culturally significant yet well-connected destinations.

Omaxe Eternity 2 is planned as a 101-acre integrated township, designed to combine residential, commercial, hospitality, and social infrastructure within a single, self-sustained ecosystem. The project is being developed in multiple phases and includes:

  • Residential plots started from around ₹84 lakh
  • Villas were priced from approximately ₹2.75 crore

This positioning made Omaxe Eternity 2 one of the more competitively priced integrated township offerings in the Vrindavan region, particularly at a time when buyers are increasingly seeking planned developments over standalone projects.

Commenting on the launch response, Mohit Goel, Managing Director, Omaxe Group, said buyers today are prioritising long-term livability and community-centric planning over just asset ownership.

“The overwhelming response to Omaxe Eternity 2 reflects a clear shift in buyer preferences towards integrated townships located in culturally significant yet well-connected destinations. He added that Vrindavan’s spiritual significance, combined with improving infrastructure, is increasingly positioning it as an emerging residential destination.

The township is located on Radha Kund Road (RAAL) in Vrindavan and benefits from improving regional connectivity. Key road links include:
