Piramal Realty has unveiled ‘Club V,’ a new clubhouse located within Piramal Vaikunth in Thane. Covering an area of 22,000 sq. ft., the clubhouse is designed to offer residents a range of sports and leisure activities within the Piramal Vaikunth community.

Piramal Vaikunth, a 32-acre mixed-use development, integrates modern living with spiritual elements, including an ISKCON temple. The community already has over 2,500 homes booked and more than 450 families residing. The addition of Club V marks a significant development within the project.

Club V features a mini cricket ground, providing space for both recreational and competitive cricket. The clubhouse includes three interconnected blocks that blend natural landscapes with architectural design. It retains original structures and incorporates elements such as brick-textured walls and metallic canopies.

“Club V is designed to enhance our community living experience at Piramal Vaikunth, integrating modern amenities with the natural surroundings. The clubhouse serves as a hub for leisure and interaction, reflecting our commitment to providing residents with a comprehensive lifestyle experience. By combining sports, wellness, and social spaces, we aim to foster a vibrant and connected community.” — Abhijeet Maheshwari, CEO of Piramal Realty

Amenities at Club V include a library and co-working space, with clerestory windows to enhance natural light. The community center also houses a clinic operated by Apollo Clinics and a café called ‘The Bakerie’ by Shalimar Hotel. A convenience store is available for daily needs.
