Bollywood actor Preity Zinta recently bought a home in Bandra.

The actor has paid Rs 17 crore for the purchase of the home.

the toal ara of the home is 159.89 sq meters.

The flat is located on the 11th floor of the building Parishram by Rustomjee. this building i slocated on Nargis Dutt Road, Bandra west.

Acording to documents the deal was registered on October 23, which is a day prior to Dussehra.

Preity being a woman availed a discount of 1% on the stamp duty and paid Rs 85 lakh as stamp duty for the registration of the apartment.
