Actor Ranbir Kapoor, has put his Pune home on rent.

According to documents accessed by Square Feat India, provided by Zapkey the deal rental deal was signed on September 15.

The rental duration is 36 months, and the deposit is ₹24 lakh.

The monthly rent amount is ₹4 Lacs/month for 1st year, ₹4.2 Lacs/month for 2nd year, ₹4.41 Lacs for 3rd year

The owner of the house is Ranbir Kapoor, the tenant is Duro Shocks Pvt. Ltd.

The property details is a flat on the 10th Floor, Tower A, Trump Towers, Pune.

The carpet area of the apartment is 6094 sq ft.
