Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda has purchased a premium apartment in Versova, Andheri West, Mumbai, for ₹5.63 crore. According to property registration documents accessed by Square Yards via the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Maharashtra portal, the transaction was officially registered this month.

The apartment is situated in Bianca C.H.S. Ltd. and spans a built-up area of 142.19 square metres (approximately 1,530 square feet). The purchase attracted a stamp duty of ₹33.78 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000.

Andheri West has long been regarded as a sought-after destination for celebrities and professionals alike, thanks to its strong connectivity via the Western Express Highway, Link Road, SV Road, and the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro corridor. The neighbourhood has transformed into a vibrant commercial and residential hub, home to modern office complexes, co-working spaces, high-street retail outlets, and upscale residential projects.

Randeep Hooda made his acting debut in Mira Nair’s Monsoon Wedding (2001) and rose to fame with acclaimed performances in Once Upon a Time in MumbaaiHighwaySarbjit, and blockbusters such as Kick and Sultan. He has also featured internationally in Netflix’s Extraction and the crime thriller series CAT.
