Here’s one such example where an Ayurvedic and Yoga Therapist recently shelled Rs 38.27 Crore to buy a house in Delhi’s Vasant Vihar.

According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia provided by Zapkey.com, the deal was signed on February 3, 2023.

The seller is Ms Synokem Pharmaceuticals Ltd and the deal was carried through Thomas Baby, while the new buyer is Indu Arora, who is an Ayurvedic and Yoga Therapist.

The house is located in Delhi’s posh locality Vasant Vihar. The total area of the house is 5397.96 Sq Ft.
