10 housing Societies in Ghatkopar have signed a redevelopment agreement, in Ghatkopar locality.

The redevelopment agreements have been signed between May 25 to June 10 of this year.

According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia provided by Zapkey the total worth of these 10 redevelopment agreement is Rs 264.09 Crore.

The total area of these 10 housing societies is 12,262 sq mts.

The 10 housing societies are Neelkanth Chhaya CHSL, Balaji Prasad CHSL, Ashwamedh CHSL, Shree Natraj CHSL, Lalit Prakash
CHSL, Belvedere CHSL, Honeycomb CHSL, Sarvabandhu CHSL, Awadhpuri CHSL, and Meenalochani CHSL.

The redevelopment agreements has been signed between MICL Group and the 10 housing societies. The 10 societies consists of 224 flats.
