Embassy Office Parks REIT, and Asia’s largest office REIT by area, has signed an Agreement to Lease (ATL) with global cybersecurity leader Rubrik. The lease spans 207,000 square feet at Embassy TechVillage, a premier office park located on Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road.

Facilitated by Colliers, a leading global real estate services and investment management company, this transaction marks a significant milestone for Rubrik’s growth strategy in India.

Embassy TechVillage, one of Embassy REIT’s flagship properties, offers state-of-the-art office spaces, retail hubs, and recreational facilities. The integrated workspace is home to some of the world’s leading corporations and will soon include a 518-key dual-branded Hilton hotel, providing unmatched hospitality and convenience to the park’s over 50,000 users.
