The house she sold is in the building named Satguru’s Flying Carpet.

This journalist had written an article in 2017 when she bought it.

The details of the property include a flat spread over the 13th and 14th floors of the building, measuring 427.50 sq meters.

While Salman’s sister is the seller, the buyer is Shivaya Cineswise. The new buyer will also have access to nine car parks in the building.

The documentation was carried out on October 10, while the sale agreement was registered on October 15.

A stamp duty of ₹1.32 crore was paid for the registration of the sale agreement.
