Signature Global, has awarded a ₹1,203 crore construction contract for its premium residential project, Titanium SPR, located in Sector 71, Gurugram, to the renowned construction firm Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited.

Covering 14.382 acres, Titanium SPR will feature 608 residential units, including 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK configurations. Developed in two phases, the project boasts a total sales potential area of 3.7 million sq. ft. The first phase, encompassing 2.1 million sq. ft, was launched in June 2024 and has already achieved impressive pre-sales exceeding ₹2,700 crore.

Mr. Pradeep Aggarwal, Chairman and Whole-Time Director of Signature Global, expressed enthusiasm for the project, stating, “Titanium SPR exemplifies our commitment to providing premium living experiences. Strategically situated alongside the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) in Gurugram, Titanium SPR is designed to redefine premium living. The development will feature expansive 26- and 28-foot-long decks, a triple-height entrance lobby, and seven lagoon pools, all crafted by international architects including DPC from Singapore and MPFP from the USA.

Inspired by Singaporean architecture, Titanium SPR will comprise 40-story high-rise towers that offer stunning cityscape views, ensuring that no balconies overlook each other. The project will also include elevated green spaces, such as a sky garden on the 30th floor and a sky terrace on the 40th floor, providing serene retreats with panoramic vistas.

With over 55 exclusive amenities, residents can enjoy features like lagoon pools, sensory gardens, a Miyawaki forest, and state-of-the-art recreational facilities. The development will host Club Elevate, a 57,000 sq. ft community space featuring a double-height entry, multipurpose hall with pool views, fine dining options, a fully equipped gym, Zumba studio, spa and sauna, on-site salon, and co-working spaces, creating a resort-like atmosphere.

Located in one of the most promising areas of the National Capital Region, Signature Global holds prime land parcels in Sector 71, Gurugram, with a total developable potential of 17 million sq. ft. The Titanium SPR project is set to enhance the region’s appeal to modern homebuyers seeking luxury and convenience.
