Bandra West, known for its proximity to Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), remains a sought-after residential location for corporate executives and celebrities due to its strategic connectivity. The area is home to several Bollywood personalities, including Suniel Shetty, Ranveer Singh, and Deepika Padukone, as well as cricketer KL Rahul and actress Athiya Shetty.

As per Square Yards’ Project Data Intelligence, 81 Aureate recorded eight property transactions between February 2024 and January 2025, amounting to ₹76 crore in total value.
