Singer Sonu Nigam known for lending his voice to several Bollywood movies has recently sold one of his property for Rs 7crore.

The property that Sonu Nigam sold is a commercial property.

Documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia, provided by Propstack show that the deal took place on June 28, this year.

The Property Details includes Unit No.3, Ground Floor, A Wing, Unicorn, Andheri West, Dattaji Salvi Marg, Off. Veera Desai Road, Mumbai.

The built-up area of the property is 2131sq ft and the new owner shall have access to 2 car parkings.

The per sq ft rate for the deal is Rs 32,848. The buyers are Kuldeep Singh Chaudhary and Mayank Arora.
