During MHADA’s 13th Lokshahi Din, a Pune lottery homebuyer got relief after facing delays in payment. MHADA waived a ₹75,000 late fee and ordered possession of the allotted flat to be handed over. A total of 15 citizen applications were heard in the session covering issues across Mumbai, Konkan, and Pune boards.
