Bollywood actor Tamannaah Bhatia has put one of her property in Juhu on rent. The per month rent she will receive is Ra 18 lakh per month.

She at the same time has mortgaged three of her properties. The loan amount is Rs 7.84 crore.

Here’s the detail of the first property that she has put on rent. It is a commercial property and was put on rent on June 27, 2024.

The lessor is Nanavati Construction, it is a commercial premises, ground floor & Basement, Western Wind, Juhu Tara Road, Juhu, Mumbai. The duration is for 60 months, and the security deposit Rs 72 lakh.

The rent for the first three years, is 18 lakh per month, for the fourth year the monthly rent is Rs 20.16 lakh and for the fifth year it is Rs 20.96 lakh.

Before Tamannaah Bhatia rented her property in Juhu, she mortgaged three of her properties for Rs 7.84 crore. The Three properties that she put on mortgage was on June 14. The lender here is Indian Bank, and the property details include, flat no, 205, 206, 207, Meghdut building, B wing, Veera Desai Road, Andheri West.
